Materials for automotive applications

HBIS is China's second largest supplier of automotive steel, developed 17 series of hot-rolled, pickled, annealed, coated plates for the manufacture of body-in-white and chassis, box and other steel products, and 6 series of bars for gears, bearings and other manufacturing products, to achieve the automotive steel "car-made". Always adhere to the same direction with the user, hand in hand with more than 40 car companies and supporting plant cooperation. Following the development trend of "replacing aluminum with steel", the company has created a full range of ultra-high-strength steel grades, leading the iterative upgrading of automotive materials for domestic brands. The company promotes cross-field cooperation between the steel and automobile industries to reduce carbon emissions, develops low-carbon and green automotive steel materials and completes relevant certifications, and creates a model of cooperation between the industrial chain for "deep integration and green development".

Extra Wide Galvanized Outer Panel with reduced painting process

Three series and 11 grades of ultra-wide galvanized outer panel products with reduced painting process was successfully produced, and the production capacity is leading-level both domestically and internationally. The 1870mm ultra-wide galvanized O5 panel has been used for car door panel for new motorcycle type of high-end customers.

The mechanical property reaches 1416MPa, which greatly improves the hardness and strength of the steel plate, prolongs the service life of the parts, realizes the lightweight of the automobile, and is widely used in the production of heavy-duty trucks, dump truck compartments, anti-collision beams, and footboards.

Successfully researched and developed AHSS980-BT, HC800LA, CP980 and other high-end steel for seat slides, with excellent processing and forming performance and welding performance, and short delivery cycle, realizing the first domestic launch and directly supplying to the head enterprises in the industry.

Automotive Stabilizer Bar Steel

Automobile stabilizer bar steel, such as 26MnB5, 34MnB5 and 40MnB5, has improved the strength of the stabilizer bar and led the lightweighting of motor. Stabilizer bar made of 55Cr3,54SiCr6,54SiCrV6, with a fatigue life of more than 200,000 times, is widely used in the manufacture of brand-name automobiles.

Silver bright steel supply to Toyota Forging Company for processing bell shell and ball shell products. In 2022,we have the qualification certification of Toyota, and become the only raw material supplier of bell shell and ball shell parts of Toyota in China, replacing imports.
